The IT company you thought could help isn’t available until tomorrow at noon and they want to charge you extra for “fast turnaround”. Well, we’ve been there, too. And that’s why our founder, Aaron Valentino, a technology professional, started Island Joe Group. To help the people who really need it get top-notch IT support on time and at a price they can afford.

Beginning with an emphasis on delivering enterprise-class IT and economies of scale to small and mid-size business, Island Joe Group now provides a broad range of Internet, computer/network, and project support services to over 100 clients nationwide.

Philosophy

At Island Joe Group, we understand that Information Technology (IT) – whether at home or in the office – is about your aspirations: commercial, intellectual, or philosophical.

We actually prefer to think of our clients as colleagues. Having a trusting relationship with your IT provider is important for you and your business as well as part of our goal: making sure you never have to worry about your IT and infrastructure again. Thinking of our clients as colleagues keeps us and you from following into a classic client vs. vendor trap – that it’s us versus them.
